To initiate the registration process, you will begin by entering your phone number to receive an OTP (One-Time Password) code. After receiving the OTP, enter it to verify your phone number. Following this step, you'll proceed to enter your personal details to create your profile within the app. This streamlined process ensures a secure and efficient registration experience.

Add Your Personal Identity Documents

On this page, you will be prompted to upload your personal documents for verification purposes. The required documents are as follows: 

  • Driving Licence 
  • Private Hire taxi licence 
  • Driving badge 
  • A bank statement to which you want to receive your income  
  • Drivers are required to upload a clear photo of themselves using their mobile phone through the app. The uploaded picture should closely resemble the photo on their photocard driving license. If the submitted picture does not meet our standards, the driver will be requested to visit our office for a photo taken by one of our staff members.

 

Please ensure that the documents you upload are clear, accurate, and up to date.

Add vehicle documents

At this stage, provide information about your vehicle type and model, and proceed to upload the associated documents, such as:

 

  • The vehicle’s V5C 
  • Insurance certificate 
  • The Certificate of Compliance issued by the Cab-Office examination centre 

Please ensure that the documents you upload are clear, accurate, and up to date.



Confirm with the FTF administrator

After submitting your documents, our FTF admin will meticulously review them to ensure they are current and compliant with existing regulations.
